LuxCon Painters was hired by our condo association to scrap and paint the underneath side of our buildings eaves. We also needed pigeon spikes installed in some areas under the eaves. We had a hard time finding someone who could accomplish the job since it was about 40′ high. LuxCon Painting took on the job and did it quickly and at a fair price. When I moved into my condo it was in rough shape. LuxCon Painting & Drywall came in and worked with me to not only choose a color scheme but also made significant repairs to the damaged walls and baseboards.
The Project Manager also helped me determine how to spruce up my kitchen cabinets and made sure the appropriate steps were taken from sanding, to the priming, to the painting. My kitchen looks spectacular. Not only was the job done well, but the lines of communication were always open and when the project was completed they left my condo neat and clean. Awarded Contract to install new carpeting and paint 14,000 sq. ft. of office space in our Terminal Building offices at DuPage Airport Authority to LuxCon Painting & Drywall. This project had to be completed while occupied. The onsite crews were pleasant and courteous to work with and did not disrupt our office operations during the project. Gene Richards the owner was routinely on site and directly handled issues that came up. Luxcon completed the project in a timely manner with minimal change orders.
